Soul Care
We all want to know that we’re seen,
that we’re heard,
that we have a place.
My whole life, I’ve valued creating space to give witness to people and their stories. But only recently, after decades of people prompting me to do it, did I complete training to offer a more structured option for soul care.
Sessions are currently all virtual and are typically 50-60 minutes. When you click to book, if you don’t see a time that could work for you just send a message.
My approach is empathetic and my hope is based ultimately in Jesus. If you’d like to learn more about me and my thoughts about life, feel free to browse my writing.

… I don’t even agree with myself all the time, so I certainly don’t agree with others all the time. But these and many more along the way have shaped my approach …
“She met the hosts of Sorrow with a look
That altered not beneath the frown they wore,
And soon the lowering brood were tamed, and took,
Meekly, her gentle rule, and frowned no more.
Her soft hand put aside the assaults of wrath,
And calmly broke in twain
The fiery shafts of pain,
And rent the nets of passion from her path.
By that victorious hand despair was slain;
With love she vanquished hate, and overcame
Evil with good, in her great Master's name.”
