So in exactly two weeks, I'm leaving with our little band family and going across the Atlantic Ocean to the UK and Ireland. Everything about this statement seems surreal. Unreal. Strange. Weird. Like a dream.Except for the fact that we are working like crazy trying to figure out where we are going, when we have to be there, who we will see, who we will play for, where we will stay, how we will get where we need to go, and how in the world this is all going to be paid for... I would think it was all imagined.Everything about this is beyond my capacity, skills, experience, knowledge... I am definitely in over my head. But this is exactly what my spirit deeply needs. To let go knowing that He is the One who is in the midst of me (Psalm 46:5, 10). That He is the One who holds all things together (Colossians 1:17). To press into resting in the Lord while diligently stewarding my responsibility. To trust Him to direct our way to the people there.

"Now may our God and Father Himself and Jesus our Lord direct our way to you; and may the Lord cause you to increase and abound in love for one another, and for all people, just as we also do for you; so that He may establish your hearts without blame in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints." (1 Thess 3:11-13)

Our God and Father Himself and Jesus our Lord will direct our way. He will.Won't you join us in praying that we (especially I) will rest in this truth? We are boldly asking that He will grant us opportunities to minister to many people. If you know anyone in the UK or Ireland, please send an introduction message to us! We would love to connect with them.Won't you join us in praying that not only will our costs be covered but that we would be able to bless the missionaries and ministers of the gospel that we will be serving with? If you would like to be a part in this way, you can mail us a check (8704 Morris Glen Court, Chattanooga, TN 37421) or send us money via PayPal (asisaactheband@gmail.com).And if you would like to read more and be encouraged to live a life surrendered with your heart and your eyes wide open, here is the blog post my brother wrote describing why we are going. As Isaac England Ireland Picture
